John Gonzalez

John is a graduate of California State University and brings 20 years of hospitality operations experience to Cathedral Kitchen.

He has worked with some of the most innovative minds in hospitality and was on the James Beard award winning team for “Best Service in the Nation” at the iconic Gramercy Tavern in New York City, where he quickly recognized the transformative power of hospitality and that an unwavering commitment to mutual respect towards guests and colleagues alike becomes contagious. Before joining CK in 2020, he was a member of the Executive Team for the renowned Philadelphia Hospitality Group, Starr Restaurants, and served as Operations Director in the Joint Venture between United Airlines and OTG Management.
