Director of Social Services and Data Management
Cait oversees our social services programs and partners, manages and supports our case managers, leads our program evaluation and quality assurance efforts, and enhances our data systems and reporting processes to improve guest outcomes. She’s lived and worked in Africa and the Middle East and most recently worked in programs supporting unaccompanied migrant children and African and Caribbean immigrant clients. She oversaw social services programs and led quality assurance efforts. Her background in social work, data systems, and program planning is helping us improve the way we deliver services and run our programs to better serve our guests.
