Carrie Kitchen Santiago

Executive Director

Carrie joined the CK team in 2018 as the organization’s second executive director, bringing with her over 22 years of management experience in the nonprofit sector, developing, overseeing, and evaluating workforce development and social services programs and initiatives, which serve low-income families and individuals.

She has served on several city government committees related to addressing homelessness and served on the board for the National Association of Workforce Development Professionals. She has a Master of Public Affairs with a concentration in Urban and Regional Planning and domestic policy from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University.
