NJ Community Kitchens Coalition

We are excited to announce the formation of the NJ Community Kitchens Coalition, a new partnership of eight community kitchens across New Jersey! We are incredibly grateful to have support from the NJ Food Security Access Fund, which is funded by private philanthropies and NJ state agencies, to formalize this coalition and strengthen our impact.

With a newly hired part-time director and our first meeting underway, we’re focused on securing critical funding, sharing resources to reduce costs, and working together to influence state policy and programs. As the need for food continues to rise, this collaboration will help us feed more people and fight food insecurity more effectively.

Thank you to our fellow coalition members for standing alongside us in this effort: Elijah’s Promise, Eva’s Village, Lunch Break, nourish.NJ, Toni’s Kitchen, Trenton Area Soup Kitchen (TASK), and Vineland Soup Kitchen.
