All of the items on our menu are prepared from scratch by our expert chefs. We use only the freshest ingredients, relying on the wonderful bounty of fresh food available in the Garden State. We can provide a breakfast, lunch, or dinner menu that suits your needs, tastes, and budget!

Chef Jason Hall, Culinary Director
Chef Jason joined CK almost three years ago after serving as the Executive Banquet Chef at Tomasello Winery. He brings over 20 years of experience to the CK team and expertly oversees all aspects of the production of 1,800 daily meals for our social enterprise operations, including contract meals and catering.

Tionna Riggins, Catering Cook
In the fall of 2022, Tionna graduated from our Culinary Arts Training program. Recognizing her skill, we selected her as the Chef Jonathan Jernigan Apprentice, providing an opportunity to apprentice with our professional chefs in the CK kitchen. Then, we hired her! First as part of our contract meal program and then as part of our catering team. In addition to cooking, Tionna is also a server for our catered events.

Velton Adams “Adam,” Lead Catering Server/Driver
Adam is also a graduate of our Culinary Arts Training program and has been an essential staff member for 12 years. In addition to being the face of Catering from the Heart, Adam also oversees our daily market stand where our meal guests select free, needed groceries.

Lisa Marco, Business and Catering Manager
Lisa joined the CK team 4 years ago, bringing over 25 years of experience as a Catering Sales Director at South Jersey Country Clubs, including Indian Springs and Pennsauken. She keeps CK Catering from the Heart running smoothly.
